By creating an account and using FinVault, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

FinVault is a private personal finance tracking application that helps households track accounts, investments, property, and net worth. Access is currently by invitation only.

Not financial advice. FinVault is a tracking and organisational tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must not share your account with others — use the household invite feature instead
• Accounts are non-transferable

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Resell or sublicense access to the service

Your use of FinVault is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take your data privacy seriously — please read the Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

We provide FinVault on a best-effort basis. While we aim for high availability, we make no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

We strongly recommend you maintain your own records for any critical financial data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinVault and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on data displayed in the app.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, at our discretion and with reasonable notice where appropriate. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
